Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Survey Crew Chief to lead field crews in Atlanta, GA, using data collectors, robotic total stations and GPS equipment. You will supervise daily field operations and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of surveying experience, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. Transportation database survey experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years' survey experience.
• Experience with Transportation Database Surveys is desirable.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data collectors, robotic total stations and GPS equipment.
• Lead crews on day-to-day field operations.
• Ensure crew safety and proper PPE usage.
• Coordinate with office staff and clients as required.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal survey regulations; maintain timesheets and vehicle inspections.
