Job summary

Bowman Consulting is seeking a Survey Party Chief for our locations in Naples and Fort Myers, FL. The ideal candidate will supervise a survey field crew, ensure quality methodology, and maintain equipment. A minimum of three years’ experience in land surveying is required, along with a high school diploma or GED. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working on a land surveying party.
• Prior Party Chief experience a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of construction stakeout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of assigned survey field crew.
• Promote firm capabilities to establish new clients.
• Maintain survey truck and equipment.
