The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and analytical skills, with proficiency in using survey equipment and familiarity with state plane coordinates systems. This position requires authorization to work in the United States and may involve travel to various worksites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct work of survey party.
• Manage daily work assignments of the field crew.
• Ensure field survey activities meet industry standards.
• Mentor and train Rod Person/Instrument Tech.

Proficiency with use of all required survey equipment

Understanding of and proficiency with mid-level math skills

Knowledge of proper retracement of land boundaries

Introductory knowledge of Trimble Business Center software

Familiarity with state plane coordinates systems and geodetic calculations

Solid documentation skills (field notes and sketches)
