• Five or more years of construction surveying experience with lead/foreman exposure.
• Strong knowledge of survey principles, layout methods, and coordinate geometry.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and digital models.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily survey crew operations: staking, layout, grade checks, and as-built surveys.
• Maintain horizontal/vertical control, benchmarks, and baselines.
• Operate GPS/GNSS, robotic total stations, data collectors, and machine-control systems.
• Download and manage survey data, QA/QC checks, and coordinate with project team.
• Collaborate with PMs, supers, engineers, and subs to resolve layout questions.
• Document field activities, manpower, equipment use, and progress daily.
