You will supervise field crews, coordinate materials, and maintain schedules across multiple jobs, while communicating with homeowners and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential remodeling or construction experience.
• 1+ years supervising field crews or subcontractors.
• Knowledge of residential remodeling scopes (kitchens, baths, home additions, etc.).
• Professional communication skills for leading crews and speaking with homeowners.
• Organizational and time management skills for managing multiple jobs and deadlines.
• Comfort using digital project management and communication tools.
• Ability to work on active job sites, climb stairs/ladders, and stand/walk throughout the day.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout Northern Virginia.
• Growth-oriented mindset and motivation to drive process improvements while upholding a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential remodeling and construction operations to meet timelines, client expectations, and quality standards.
• Manage in-house crews and subcontractors, delegate work efficiently, and coordinate material deliveries.
• Perform daily and weekly site visits to monitor progress and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and keep homeowners updated for a positive client experience.
