Qualifications

• Responsible for site safety and compliance with safety policies.
• Manage and maintain relationships with clients, direct reports, and project managers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work crews on-site and mentor field personnel.
• Ensure all materials and inspections support the project schedule.
• Conduct onsite project meetings with subcontractors and trades.

Skills

Independent and self-motivated

Ability to manage multiple projects

Technical understanding of project scope

Ability to solve practical problems

Ability to read erection and fabrication drawings

Knowledge in advance rigging/bull rigging

Education

2-3 years’ field leadership in the industry

Osha 10 minimum, Osha 30 preferred

Knowledgeable in Welding procedures and quality
