Job summary

Fox Construction Inc. seeks a Custom Home Superintendent and Working Field Lead to run daily site operations for high-end residential and commercial projects in Steamboat Springs, CO.

You will own site setup, subcontractor coordination, material logistics, safety, and build execution from mobilization through punch lists. Ideal candidates bring strong field carpentry knowledge, supervisory experience, and a commitment to mountain craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Dedicated field leadership experience in high-end residential or commercial construction.
• Advanced carpentry and finish millwork knowledge with building specs.
• Strong safety and OSHA compliance knowledge.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to operate and coordinate with heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations from mobilization to punch list.
• Coordinate site logistics, utilities, and equipment staging.
• Supervise internal crews and subcontractors to follow plans and schedules.
• Lead framing, carpentry, and concrete placement support on site.
• Enforce safety standards and perform JHAs and toolbox talks.
• Maintain daily logs, lookahead schedules, and field reports.
