The role requires five years of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing construction experience in government or commercial settings, plus OSHA 30 and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing construction experience in commercial or government environments.
• Ability to review confidential US security information.
• OSHA 30-hour Certification.
• Certified Quality Manager (CQM) Certification.
• Deep understanding of construction lifecycle, scheduling, contract administration, manpower planning, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for direct subcontractor workforce and field operations.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, and clients to ensure project execution.
• Lead planning with the Project Manager, overseeing critical path and look-ahead schedules.
• Direct multiple scopes and subcontractors, aligning schedules, productivity, and quality.
• Supervise safe, timely, and cost-effective installation of contracted work.
• Develop detailed work plans, look-ahead schedules, and site logistics plans.
• Provide pre-construction input, risk identification, and scheduling strategy.
• Deliver proactive updates to leadership, clients, and stakeholders.
