Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience in construction.
• Understanding of scheduling and cost control; ability to supervise workers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Reviews shop drawings and RFIs, ensuring QC and safety standards are met.
• Selects equipment, methods, and sequencing of operations.
• Conducts subcontractor meetings and coordination.
• Implements LEAN planning on the project.
• Performs daily risk analysis with project leaders to mitigate issues.
• Monitors environmental control processes and acts to correct deviations.
• Promotes a relentless safety culture and enforces the safety plan.
• Enforces PMP alignment with field activities and procedures.
• Tracks costs and project controls; supports change management.
• On self-perform work, leads craft teams and provides training.
• Oversees manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors per schedule.
• Participates in business development and preconstruction.
• Prepares and maintains detailed area schedules; updates daily.
• Reviews time sheets, quantity reporting, and daily costs; reports.
• Uses reports to manage scope; contributes to Monthly Progress Report.
