Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering required.
• At least 5 years of heavy civil or foundation construction experience.
• Exposure to complex bridge structures or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Experience managing multi-trade heavy civil projects.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees field staff, craftworkers, and subcontractors.
• Prepares work schedules and assignments.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed.
• Leads project foremen in various contracting disciplines.
• Monitors schedules, budgets and quality throughout projects.
• Coordinates hiring and movement of personnel and equipment.
