Zusammenfassung

LVI Associates is seeking a hands-on Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation commercial projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth area in Texas. You will lead on-site operations, drive schedules, enforce safety standards, manage subcontractors, monitor quality, review drawings, and coordinate with Project Managers from kickoff to closeout.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience managing ground-up commercial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety requirements, and quality control procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily field operations and construction activities.
• Lead and enforce all site safety initiatives and compliance requirements.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics.
• Coordinate project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
• Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Work closely with Project Managers to maintain budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
• Conduct progress meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Identify and resolve field issues in a timely manner.
• Manage punch list completion and project closeout activities.
