Job summary

The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western seeks a Project Superintendent for our Federal Construction Project in Anchorage, AK. You will take ownership of field operations, establish schedules, manage costs, and coordinate subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

With a focus on safety and cost control, you will lead a team on site, communicate quality standards, and mitigate risks while maintaining clean, organized job sites and accurate daily logs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• 6+ years of construction project management experience.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Relocation may be required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of field operations.
• Create and manage project schedule.
• Coordinate subcontracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Establish budgets and control costs.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Communicate quality standards to subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct quality control inspections.
• Enforce safety program and OSHA standards.
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness.
• Prepare daily time cards for supervision.
• Prepare daily logs.
