Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction field supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and constructability.
• Ability to independently lead commercial construction projects in the field.
• Experience developing and maintaining construction schedules; MS Project preferred.
• Ability to read architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing documents.
• Strong subcontractor coordination and field leadership skills.
• Experience with inspections, permitting, safety requirements, and construction quality control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day field execution from mobilization through completion.
• Lead subcontractors and field personnel, establish expectations, coordinate the work.
• Drive the project toward completion while maintaining relationships with owners and design professionals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with the Project Manager; plan work ahead.
• Coordinate trades, identify constructability issues before installation.
• Maintain safety, site management, and Procore documentation.
