Job summary

Bozzuto Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent to lead onsite operations in Wilton, CT. You will direct field teams, coordinate with the Project Executive, and ensure safety, schedule and budget adherence while maintaining client relationships.

Ideal candidates have a construction management background, 7 years of onsite leadership, and proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6. This role supports a dynamic, employee-driven environment with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management/related field.
• 7 years of experience managing onsite construction operations.
• Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient with standard construction software- P6, Procore, Etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations and keep the project on-track, reporting to the Project Executive.
• Take a strategic role in preconstruction, constructability reviews and risk assessments.
• Proactively identify and solve problems with minimal executive oversight.
• Maintain compliance with construction codes, safety and government regulations.
• Uphold the project schedule and support cost control; report status to stakeholders.
• Direct a diverse group of internal and external team members, including subcontractors.
• Build strong relationships with clients/owners, subcontractors and inspection authorities.
• Ensure onsite operations are safe, on-time, on-budget and meet quality standards.
