Job summary

POWERX is seeking a Field Service Technician (NETA 3) to lead technical inspections and measurements on energized projects. You will set up test equipment, collect data, and ensure safe operations across sites. Travel up to 50% with strong safety and reporting expectations.

The role requires a high school diploma, with NETA 3 and an associate degree preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• NETA 3 certification preferred; related training welcomed.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Moderate/advanced electrical measurements and data collection.
• Lead and manage projects; mentor technicians on site.
• Write detailed test reports with findings and conclusions.
• Set up and remove test equipment; ensure proper storage and safety.
• Travel up to 50% and maintain equipment and areas.
