AECOM is seeking a skilled technician to perform on-site installations and repairs of complex equipment. This role involves creating documentation, training customers, and achieving high standards of service. Applicants should have a high school diploma and at least a year of relevant installation experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.
Achieves successful on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision. You will follow detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions with help of Engineering teams. You will make improvements to training guides and documentation. You will achieve continuous improvement initiatives in the field to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will train the customer on proper usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures for complex equipment. You will represent Honeywell at industry conferences and provide technical presentations.
Key Responsibilities
+ Will be required to work alternating schedule- night shift 3 on 4 off then 4 on 3 off, will be off every other Saturday.
+ Inspect for Quality
+ Install or Repair Work Orders
+ Provide Customer Support
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ High School Diploma, or equivalent
+ 1+ year of mechanical or industrial field installation experience
+ Must be able to work nights and weekends. Will do 3rd shift- 4 on and 3 off then 3 on and 4 off with every other Saturday off.
**WE VALUE**
+ Previous industry experiences working with PLC's, conveyor systems, high voltage electrical
+ Previous technical/installation experience
+ Previous customer service experience
+ Good written and oral communication
+ Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes
+ Bachelor degree or technical/professional certificate
