Job summary

Maguire is seeking a Field Industrial Sandblaster & Repair Foreman to lead the field crew responsible for sandblasting and painting elevated water towers. Ideal candidates should have at least five years of sandblasting experience and leadership skills. Responsibilities include training new employees, ensuring safety protocols, and completing production paperwork.

Qualifications

• Five years of sandblasting and painting experience required.
• One year of foreman/supervisor experience required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and direct the field crew for sandblasting and painting.
• Train new employees on safety and equipment use.
• Complete daily production paperwork and review crew’s timecards.
