The role requires strong leadership, decisive communication, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather; travel across local, statewide, or regional areas is common.

Qualifications

• Leadership and field supervision experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work and ensure timely project completion.
• Train and mentor crew members in safe practices.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete documentation and project updates accurately.
