Job summary

Vanir Installed Sales seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead subcontractors and Vanir PMs across the Carolinas/Georgia region. You will oversee projects end-to-end, ensure safety and quality, and act as the main client liaison.

The role requires relocation within 45 miles of a Vanir branch, strong communication, and daily travel between sites. A degree in construction management or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience in commercial or residential settings.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and digitally.
• Willingness to relocate within 45 miles of a Vanir branch and travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and Vanir PMs across the market.
• Oversee projects end-to-end from pre-construction to 100% completion.
• Perform site walks to ensure quality, safety, and client requirements.
• Coordinate daily operations, schedules, and project software.
• Act as primary client liaison reporting progress, P&L, delays, and costs.
