Job summary

Vanir Installed Sales, LLC seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate subcontractors and Vanir Project Managers across the market, mentoring crews, negotiating pricing, and enforcing quality, safety, and site standards.

You will oversee projects end-to-end from pre-construction to 100% completion, coordinate daily operations, ensure OSHA compliance, manage schedules, and report on progress, P&L, delays, and cost overruns while maintaining profitability and on-time

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 8 years in construction project management for commercial or residential construction.
• Location: Must relocate to within 45 miles of branch location before starting work (relocation assistance may be provided).
• License: Valid Driver's License (required with clean MVR for past 3 years).
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in person and via electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and Vanir Project Managers across the assigned market, mentoring crews, interviewing, negotiating pricing, and enforcing quality and safety standards.
• Oversee construction projects end-to-end—from pre-construction through 100% completion—conduct site walks to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Serve as safety coordinator, performing OSHA inspections and documenting safety meetings with required forms.
