Job summary

Batbox Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Dallas-based Installation Team Leader (Simulators) to lead field technicians in installing our advanced baseball simulators at venues across the U.S.

This is a highly visible, travel-heavy role with on-site leadership responsibilities and direct client interaction. The right candidate will have hands-on installation experience, a proven ability to manage multi-day projects, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field-based installation leadership experience.
• Experience leading on-site teams in AV/interac­tive tech or hardware installations.
• Hands-on ability with tools and physical components.
• Willingness to travel 75–85% across the USA.
• Strong safety and quality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day on-site installation activities, organizing daily work and assignments.
• Oversee unloading, staging, and inventory verification of materials and components.
• Participate in physical installation of simulator components and calibration.
• Ensure adherence to installation protocols, layouts and site instructions.
• Identify site risks early and communicate them to the Installation Manager.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time and escalate as needed.
• Conduct routine quality checks before handoff to client.
• Provide on-site direction to local labor and contractors.
• Represent Batbox professionally, training partners and leading final walkthrough.
