Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent or 5 years minimum experience.
• Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds and work on uneven surfaces.
• Experience operating heavy equipment and following safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment such as bulldozers and graders on job sites.
• Directs workers in projects like ditching, roadways, and drainage grading.
• Inspects work areas and ensures safety regulations are followed.
• Maintains time and production records; assists with loading/unloading trucks.
• Performs daily and weekly vehicle inspections and minor repairs as needed.
• Coordinates with supervisors and prepares trucks/materials for the job.
