Job summary

Airco Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Ltd. is seeking an Electrical Engineering Supervisor in Hull. The role combines hands-on field work with leadership over a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality service and customer care.

You will provide technical support, conduct performance reviews, and drive safety and compliance across projects, while coordinating with management on recruitment and project delivery.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition Qualification is required.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical Installation are required/certifications.
• AM2 Certification and City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of engineers to meet onsite quality and efficiency standards.
• Provide technical support including out-of-hours callouts.
• Monitor and manage engineers' performance and conduct regular reviews and safety audits.
• Organise toolbox talks and assist with recruitment and onboarding.
