Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in healthcare compliance, regulatory, or related pharma roles.
• Proven experience in developing compliance programs and influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive field compliance program.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks in field teams (Commercial/Medical).
• Lead training initiatives and governance of policies and SOPs.
• Conduct audits, monitor trends, and develop CAPAs.
