Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, Nursing, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant experience, ideally within a corporate and/or medical device environment. Preferably in CRM.
• Demonstrated professional maturity and autonomy, with the ability to operate independently in high‑pressure clinical settings.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver advanced clinical support during cardiac device implants, follow‑ups, troubleshooting, and patient programming across healthcare centers.
• Act as a key clinical advisor for complex cases, including candidacy assessment, case strategy, and program development.
• Travel extensively across Puerto Rico — this role does not have a designated territory.
• Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation, including overnight and weekend coverage.
• Train physicians, nurses, and technicians on the theory and application of BSC technology and software.
• Lead and mentor junior field clinical representatives, providing coaching, onboarding support, and ongoing development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop optimal customer solutions.
• Actively contributes to regional strategy execution, identifying opportunities to grow market share and improve customer engagement.
