Job summary

Holmes Complete Tree Care is seeking a Production Arborist in Indiana to perform hands-on tree care, including pruning, removals and health care applications. The role supports multiple divisions and emphasizes safety, efficiency and high-quality work.

This position is hands-on with opportunities to develop leadership and management skills. ISA Certified Arborist certification is highly preferred, with CDL or ability to obtain one within a year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tree care or arboriculture with a professional company.
• ISA Certified Arborist certification is highly preferred.
• Valid CDL or ability to obtain one within 1 year is desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain specialized tree care equipment and perform technical pruning and removals.
• Rake, chip and load debris; keep work areas clean and safe.
• Apply chemical/biological treatments following label directions and document applications.
• Calibrate and operate spray/injector equipment; maintain accurate records.
• Follow Best Management Practices and safety guidelines; communicate with team leads.
• Demonstrate leadership, professionalism and willingness to learn on the job.
