Job summary

Superior Fence & Rail of Augusta, GA is seeking an experienced Lead Fence Installer to oversee a fence installation crew and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to contract specifications. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday, typically 6:45 AM–5:00 PM, with 10-hour shifts.

The position includes on-the-job training, company-provided tools, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays, sick time, and more.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of professional fence installation experience.
• Ability to read and follow plans and written/verbal instructions.
• Strong understanding of job-site safety practices.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a crew.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the fence installation crew at job sites.
• Inspect and ensure crew has proper tools, equipment, and materials.
• Assign tasks and monitor progress through installation process.
• Oversee installation of vinyl, aluminum, wood, and chain-link fencing.
• Ensure work adheres to contract specifications and company standards.
• Maintain safe, clean, and professional job sites.
• Report incidents and communicate project updates to supervisor.
