WorkSteer is seeking an experienced Fence Installation Foreman to lead a crew and oversee fence installation projects in Boise, ID. The role requires hands-on fence installation experience, strong leadership, and the ability to complete projects safely and to spec.

This position offers the opportunity to advance to a supervisory role with steady work and long-term employment potential. Scheduling is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous fence installation experience required.
• Foreman/crew lead or team leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fence installation methods, materials, tools, and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of fence installation crews.
• Install wood, vinyl, chain-link, and ornamental metal fencing.
• Measure installation areas and interpret layouts, measurements, and project plans.
• Ensure fencing materials are installed accurately and according to project specifications.
• Assign tasks and provide direction, training, and support to crew members.
• Monitor job progress to help ensure projects are completed on time.
• Maintain quality workmanship and address installation issues as they arise.
• Follow job site safety procedures and ensure tools and equipment are used properly.
• Communicate project updates, material needs, and potential issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
