ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Lead Family Nurse Practitioner to direct clinical care in our urgent care clinic in New Hampshire. The Lead Provider will mentor staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and lead clinical operations in collaboration with the Practice Manager and healthcare team.

Qualified candidates have an FNP certification, Master's degree in Nursing, and a DEA license, with BLS required. Strong EMR proficiency and a patient-centered approach are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Must have a Master's degree and FNP certification.
• Must possess a valid DEA license.
• BLS certification required; we do not accept non-certified trainings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient-centered care with health assessments and exams.
• Mentor and support new-grad providers and clinic staff.
• Ensure accurate documentation using EMR and maintain compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with the clinic team for efficient patient flow and coordinated dispositions.
• Lead infection-control and regulatory compliance efforts within the clinic.
