Job summary

PeopleOne Health, Inc. is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and preventive healthcare services to patients aged 2 and older in Orlando, Florida. This role emphasizes overall wellness, disease prevention, and chronic condition management while working autonomously and in collaboration with physicians.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing, relevant certifications, and 2–5 years of experience, offering guidance to clinical staff and ensuring quality care delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in outpatient or primary care.
• Experience managing chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension is preferred.
• Prior experience in patient-centered, preventive care approaches is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments for patients ages 2 and older.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses with individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and non-pharmacologic therapies as per regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging.
• Provide health counseling and disease prevention strategies for patients.

Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems

Education

Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP)

Current state licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)

National certification in a relevant specialty (AANP, ANCC)

Current DEA registration for prescribing medications

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
