Job summary

PeopleOne Health is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary and preventive care for patients aged 2 and up. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients, prescribe medications, and coordinate care within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include ordering tests, interpreting results, counseling patients, and ensuring high-quality documentation. Requires state CRNP licensure, MSN/DNP, and national certification, with BLS/ACLS and DEA registration.

Qualifications

• MSN or DNP from an accredited program.
• Current state CRNP licensure.
• National certification by AANP or ANCC.
• DEA registration to prescribe medications.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses with individualized plans.
• Prescribe medications and non-pharmacologic therapies per guidelines.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, EKG).
• Provide preventive care, health counseling, and wellness education.
• Document accurately in EHR and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and supervise clinical staff.
• Engage in community health outreach and continuous professional development.
