Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of architectural experience.
• Experience with faith-based or worship projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, detailing.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Licensure preferred or actively pursuing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support project development from schematic design through construction documentation
• Produce detailed, coordinated drawings in Revit
• Work closely with consultants, engineers, and internal teams
• Participate in client meetings and design reviews
• Assist with construction administration (RFIs, submittals, site visits)
• Mentor junior staff and support studio standards
