Position Overview

The Lead Facility Maintenance Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of site maintenance activities. This role manages the maintenance team, drives preventive maintenance programs, supports production by minimizing equipment downtime, and coordinates OEM and contractor maintenance visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage all maintenance activities across the facility, ensuring compliance with policies and OSHA standards.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets, seeking cost reduction opportunities.
• Request quotes, manage purchase orders, and oversee maintenance supplies and critical spares.
• Implement preventative maintenance on critical equipment and utilize sensor-enabled machinery for predictive maintenance.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and manage outsourced services.
• Maintain documentation on equipment, failures, and repairs.
• Maintain 24/7 on-call availability for maintenance emergencies.

Qualifications

Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or a related technical field, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 8 years of maintenance management experience.

Desired: Experience with TPM, Lean, Maximo or similar ERP systems, project management, mechanical skills, and experience with remanufacturing operations and CNC programming.

Benefits & Compensation

The salary range for this role is $95,808 - $126,900, influenced by experience, skills, and location. The role may include performance bonuses, health, welfare, and retirement benefits. Relocation assistance may be available.
