Director of Maintenance (Renovations + Ops)

Remote | Flexible | High-Paying Consulting Role

We’re seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance (Multifamily) for a strategic consulting position as we develop an AI-driven platform to enhance maintenance operations across portfolios.

Ideal Background:

- Experience as a Director/VP of Maintenance managing 500+ units

- Expertise in:

• Renovations and unit turns
• Work order management and preventative maintenance
• Vendor sourcing and bid review

- Ability to provide insights on current workflows, pain points, and software tools (Yardi, AppFolio, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Participate in occasional strategy or feedback sessions (30–60 min each)
• Share your current management practices for renovations, vendors, and maintenance operations
• Provide honest feedback on early features and workflows (optional)
