Job summary

CMI Management LLC, now part of the Dexterra Group, seeks a Lead Facility Engineer at a customer facility in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. You will provide technical leadership, oversee mechanical, electrical and BAS systems, and ensure contract compliance and PWS standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience leading a crew of 10 or more.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills for electrical, control, fire alarm and mechanical systems.
• Working knowledge of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, heat transfer and industry codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee chiller plant, boilers, and kitchen repairs.
• Supervise and advise O&M staff on site operations.
• Verify completion of all work orders and safe operation of systems.
• Ensure BAS and facility systems operate within parameters.
• Maintain the CMMS and respond to after-hours emergencies.
