Qualifications

• High School education or 1-2 year vocational training.
• High mechanical ability.
• Willing to work with and oversee the work of others.
• Verifiable experience in maintenance related work fields.
• Experience in building trades listed above.
• Good customer service attitude.
• Polite, engaging and courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical repair; lamp changing and light fixture installation.
• Perform plumbing repair: pump and fixture installations/replacements, drain cleaning.
• Maintain understanding of HVAC operation and maintenance procedures.
• Perform basic mechanical repair on equipment such as tractors, forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks.
• Repair building components: painting, wall repair, carpentry, floors.
• Support energy conservation and waste management efforts store-wide.
