Job summary

Advent Business Company is building a dedicated facilitator team to support a federal agency's leadership development program. The work is on-site, across Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Montana, Wyoming and California, with preparation and follow-up conducted remotely.

Two roles exist: Lead Facilitator and Facilitator and Coach; each position involves one or two days on-site per session, with a year-round schedule up to ten sessions and webinars.

Qualifications

• At least five years of documented professional experience in team building or leadership facilitation.
• Active certification in a coaching framework (see education) is required.
• Experience facilitating in person for intact teams is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site sessions (one or two days) across six western states.
• Create session agendas and post-session summaries with action items.
• Design and present yearly webinars and prepare coaching follow-ups.
