Qualifications

• Accredited Professional degree in Architecture.
• Architectural Registration preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of experience.
• Sustainable design accreditation preferred.
• Firsthand sustained experience in all phases of architectural design and construction.
• Proficiency in Revit preferred.
• Awareness of 3D modelling software like Rhino/SketchUp.
• Familiarity with scripting/parametric tools (Grasshopper, Dynamo, Python) preferred.
• Knowledge of energy and daylighting analysis tools (EnergyPlus, DesignBuilder, IES VE).
• Strong ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the lead façade designer and primary client relationship owner.
• Leads the façade and enclosure design of multiple projects from concept to detailing.
• Manages execution and delivery of implementation documents through all project phases.
• Exercises persuasion and negotiation on critical issues.
• Develops innovative façade concepts and integrates sustainable design solutions.
• Oversees coordination with LINE Façade Studio talent and client project teams.
• Ensures coordination with other disciplines and consultants to meet goals, budgets, schedules, and codes.
• Reviews design work for accuracy and completeness; establishes performance criteria.
