Job summary

Elevation3D in Las Vegas is seeking a hands-on Shop Lead to guide the production team on custom builds, cabinetry, and exhibit fabrication. You will turn drawings into finished pieces, manage schedules, and maintain safety and quality standards on site in Nevada.

The role requires leadership experience, strong reading of production documents, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fabrication, exhibit, construction, or manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership or lead experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and production documents.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop team assigned to a specific project.
• Review project drawings and requirements before work begins.
• Assign daily tasks and keep the team focused on project priorities.
• Work alongside the team to fabricate and assemble project components.
• Monitor quality and ensure work meets project specifications.
• Communicate project progress, questions, or issues to the Shop Foreman.
• Help resolve production issues that arise during the project.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Ensure the project is completed on schedule.
