This is a hands‑on leadership position. You will work closely with our providers, Center Director, Surgical Operations Manager, and Director of Surgical and Clinical Services to help coordinate the day‑to‑day activities of the surgery team, support our surgeons, guide and mentor team members, and help ensure every surgical day runs safely and efficiently.

If you are an experienced surgical technician who leads by example, communicates directly and respectfully, stays calm when the pace picks up, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever you are needed, we would love to meet you.

Be Precise:

We don't use industry standards. We do better.

We say what we mean and mean what we say. - We get it right the first time, every time.

Honor Each Person:

We believe that people come first, and profits come second. We cut no corners.

Our patients are the most important people in the room, after our team.

Reach for Remarkable:

We find out what hasn't been done and do it awesome. - We compete against ourselves, not the other guys.

If it can be better, we're already there.

Stay Humble:

We ask what we can do for others before we ask ourselves what we can do for ourselves.

The only bad idea is one unshared.

We love what we do and have a ton of fun doing it! (By golly, be jolly!)

You don't have to lead from the sidelines.

You are willing to scrub in, solve a problem, help a teammate, answer a question, communicate a concern, or step into another position when that's what the team needs.

Most importantly, you understand that everything we do ultimately comes back to taking exceptional care of our patients.

Why ClearSight?

For 30 years, ClearSight and our surgeons have helped people experience life with greater visual freedom.ClearSight is a privately owned company.

Our surgery team plays an important role in that experience. From preparing the surgical environment to supporting our physicians and reassuring patients, every detail matters.

We're looking for someone who wants to do more than perform the technical responsibilities of the job. We're looking for someone who wants to lead well, serve well, and help a great team become even better.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
