Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dedicated Lead Technician, Facility Services, Exterior Services in Lockport, NY to lead a team of exterior service technicians year-round. You will manage landscape maintenance and exterior space upkeep to ensure a clean, safe environment for customers and associates.

The role requires at least 2 years in landscaping/exterior maintenance and strong leadership, with proficiency in using mobile devices for work orders. Flexible shifts and full-time hours are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in landscaping/exterior maintenance and leading teams.
• Ability to train others on processes, equipment usage and safety practices.
• Proficiency with mobile devices for work orders and record-keeping.
• Willingness to perform landscaping tasks including mowing and weed control.
• Knowledge of planting, pruning and pest/disease management.
• Experience in irrigation, pressure washing and exterior upkeep.
• Strong customer service orientation with problem solving.
• Commitment to safety and company policies.

Responsibilities
