Job summary

Future Remodeling in New Jersey is hiring a Project Leader who owns projects end-to-end, from handoff to final collection. You will be the primary homeowner contact, coordinating crews, schedules, and materials while maintaining high standards of service and profitability.

The role demands field leadership, problem solving, and a growth mindset as the company scales. Expect travel to New Jersey homes and a performance-based earning structure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project leadership/PM or field-ops experience in construction.
• Residential exterior experience strongly preferred.
• Must be capable of leading jobs in the field and owning the outcome.
• Strong communicator with clarity and professionalism.
• Highly organized with CRM/documentation discipline.
• Able to manage multiple active jobs and meet schedules.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Willing to travel within New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects from handoff through completion and final collection.
• Serve as primary homeowner contact and manage expectations.
• Ensure projects are on time, to standards, and provide a professional customer experience.
• Oversee scope, permits, materials, crews, and schedules.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and close-out documentation.
• Identify and escalate risks early and protect margins.
