Job summary

The Third Estimate is seeking an experienced Field Service Foreman to supervise residential exterior projects in the field and ensure work meets our quality standards for homeowners.

This hands-on leadership role involves supervising crews, inspecting completed work, troubleshooting issues, performing minor repairs, and coordinating with homeowners and the production team to keep projects on schedule. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential exterior construction experience.
• Experience supervising crews, job sites, or subcontractors.
• Ability to communicate with homeowners and manage expectations professionally.
• Familiar with troubleshooting installation issues and minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise active job sites and installation crews to ensure on-schedule work and quality standards.
• Conduct final walkthroughs with homeowners to ensure satisfaction before closeout.
• Perform minor repairs, punch-list work, and adjustments to roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors.
• Serve as field liaison between homeowners, installers, and production team.
• Enter job data, notes, and updates into Salesforce and document progress with photos.
