Job summary

ECC Exteriors is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead large-scale exterior renovation projects in the Texas market. You will guide multi‑family, HOA, commercial, and hospitality jobs from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

You will manage subcontractors and field teams, review budgets, and communicate progress with clients and management. Travel within Texas is required; a strong leadership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years as a Superintendent or in site supervision.
• OSHA or PMP certifications are a plus.
• Ability to travel within Texas and surrounding states.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of exterior renovation projects from pre-construction to walkthroughs.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, logs and budgets for timely delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address issues as they arise.
• Foster relationships with clients, architects and stakeholders.
• Review progress and approve subcontractors’ invoices.
• Provide weekly progress updates to management and clients.
• Assist with detailed takeoffs and estimating.
