Qualifications

• 1-6+ years of experience in High Density Multi-Family / Commercial Construction.
• Quality Control experience with Procore or similar inspection tools is preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours in extreme heat or cold conditions.

• Oversee all exterior construction activities and lead subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety plans and regulations.
• Document daily jobsite activities and support jobsite progress reporting.
