Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on general construction experience, preferably in multi-family dwelling reconstruction.
• Excellent and articulate communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe).
• Experience working with multi-family or multi-unit reconstruction projects and HOA’s.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction and quality of work.
• Manage project schedules and execution efficiently.
• Monitor job site safety and cleanliness.
