Rolling Suds Naperville–Elmhurst is seeking a Lead Exterior Cleaning Technician to head outdoor cleaning projects for residential and commercial properties. You will guide crews, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality results with a customer‑first mindset.

The role offers growth into leadership or operations as the business expands, with a Monday–Friday schedule and optional weekend shifts in a supportive, safety‑mocused team environment.

Qualifications

Must have valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Comfortable with outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
Able to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform physical labor.
Experience in pressure washing or exterior cleaning is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and complete exterior cleaning jobs at residential and commercial properties.
Safely operate pressure washing, soft washing, and exterior cleaning equipment.
Perform exterior window cleaning and detailing work.
Set up and breakdown hoses, ladders and jobsite equipment.
Train and support Assistant Technicians on procedures and safety.
Drive company vehicles and maintain trucks and equipment.
