Rolling Suds, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our field team in the Naperville–Elmhurst area.

This role is ideal for someone dependable, hard-working, and eager to learn a skilled exterior cleaning trade with no prior experience required. You’ll support the Lead Technician on residential and commercial projects, learning power washing, soft washing, window cleaning, and other exterior tasks while working outdoors in DuPage County.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders and work at heights safely.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
• Experience in related fields is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with power washing, pressure washing, and soft washing projects.
• Help clean exterior windows, siding, driveways, patios, sidewalks, storefronts, and commercial surfaces.
• Set up and put away hoses, ladders, pumps, tools, and other jobsite equipment.
• Prepare and maintain equipment before, during, and after jobs.
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Support jobsite efficiency and help complete work to company quality standards.
• Maintain clean and organized trucks, tools, and work areas.
• Communicate respectfully with customers and teammates.
• Wear required PPE and work safely at all times.
• Assist with additional field tasks as needed.

Pay: $20–$21/hour to start, based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically daytime hours, with some optional weekends, evenings, and off-hours shifts depending on projects

Rolling Suds of Naperville–Elmhurst is hiring an Assistant Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our growing field team.

This is a great role for someone who is dependable, hard-working, and wants to learn a skilled trade in the home services and commercial cleaning industry. No prior experience is required — we will train the right person.

You’ll work alongside experienced team members on residential and commercial cleaning projects throughout DuPage County and nearby areas.

What You’ll Do
