Rolling Suds, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager—Exterior Cleaning to lead from the front as a Player-Coach. Start as Lead Technician, master our processes, then scale into full Operations Manager to guide a growing truck fleet across DuPage County.

You will recruit and coach crews, oversee equipment, manage warehouse logistics, and ensure safety and client satisfaction while driving regional growth through 2026.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technicians or crews in related fields.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors.
• Proven leadership in training and process management.
• Clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Bonus: experience scaling operations or fleet maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Lead in the field as Lead Technician on exterior projects with safety and quality.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach technicians as we expand.
• Manage equipment and fleet maintenance for trucks and gear.
• Handle logistics and inventory for warehouse and crews.
• Provide off-site supervision and field audits to ensure consistency.
