Holmes Custom Renovations is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter / Crew Leader for high-end exterior remodeling in the Greater Cincinnati area. Responsibilities include leading a crew, installing decking and siding, and ensuring quality standards. Candidates should have strong experience in carpentry and leadership on residential job sites.

Compensation includes $30–$45/hour based on experience, performance-based bonuses, and benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and a company IRA match.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in exterior remodeling, carpentry, decking, siding, or framing.
• Leadership experience on residential job sites.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail.
